The engineering foundation of my career, in Široki Brijeg. I joined as a junior backend engineer and left leading development on a checkout-marketing platform embedded in major European retailers like MediaMarkt, Saturn, and Rakuten.

The platform activated the moment a customer completed checkout and served personalized post-purchase offers, which meant deep customization of Spryker internals: state machines, checkout workflows, and order pipelines that could never be allowed to break someone else's store.

Along the way I drove the migration from a PHP monolith toward Go microservices on Google Cloud, and grew from taking tickets to owning architecture and leading the team.
