The awards book
Open Awards from the world map. The left category list shows Campaign, Battle Mastery, Towers, Heroes, Exploration and Online; each category has its own earned count. Select a medal on the right for requirements, progress, dates and any restrictions. Categories and cards scroll independently.
There are 42 medals: 8 Campaign, 10 Battle Mastery, 8 Towers, 5 Heroes, 5 Exploration and 6 Online. Awards grant no gold, stars, hero XP, combat bonuses or unlocks. This wiki reveals secret boss medal names; the game hides their names, artwork and accessibility descriptions until encounter.
What counts as progress
Victory rules require a finalized valid win. Cumulative kills, specialization construction, discoveries and single-attack damage evidence can also come from recorded defeats. Cancelled or practice attempts do not create battle receipts. A rewarded revive continues the same attempt; it does not create another battle.
Perfect Defense, Unbroken Line and Untouchable require no kingdom HP damage, unchanged initial/minimum/final HP and no rewarded revive. A three-star victory alone is not proof. Last Stand and Against All Odds also exclude revived attempts.
Unique attempt IDs prevent duplicate wins and repeated notifications. Veteran Commander counts new winning replays; perfect-level and companion milestones count different levels. Damage attribution remembers the originating family, specialization and attack even if the tower is later sold.
Saved on this device
Awards work offline and persist independently of campaign progression. Earned progress never decreases. Existing completion, best stars, actual hero unlocks/max levels and discovered enemies can backfill supported awards as Earned previously, without inventing dates.
Old saves do not invent perfect runs, kills, boss killing blows, early calls or built specializations. Permanent upgrade ranks do not prove construction. Boss revelation persists at encounter, including an abandoned attempt. Notifications are saved and claimed before results display so reopening or reconciling does not replay them.
Corrupt or newer save formats are preserved rather than overwritten. The Connection details sheet separates local progress, Game Center status and the retained Milloria cloud state.
Game Center and account ownership
Game Center connects from the main menu and uses Apple’s native profile interface. Authentication does not mean achievement reporting is configured: the current Apple achievement identifier allowlist is empty, so no achievement reports are sent until verified App Store Connect identifiers are supplied.
An attempt belongs to the player connected at its start, using the game-scoped Apple player ID. Switching accounts mid-battle does not transfer its evidence. Guest and older unowned progress remain local; they are never automatically claimed. Only newly earned XP from owned attempts contributes to account hero milestones.
The reporting implementation uses absolute percentages, durable retries and owner-specific acknowledgements; it suspends reporting in combat and ignores callbacks from obsolete sessions. Remote progress does not replay local toasts or award gameplay rewards. Game Center is not a campaign backup or cross-device campaign restore.
Category shields
The supplied awards-left-side artwork maps top-left to Campaign, top-middle to Battle Mastery and top-right to Towers; the bottom row maps to Heroes, Exploration and Online. The game clips the six shields from a lossless WebP sheet and loads it through GameArtwork.
All 42 medal images below are unchanged copies of the game’s approved lossless WebP assets. The supplied PNG masters stay outside the app bundle.
